How it works
- 01Request trade access. Submit your business information and a resale certificate. We review within one business day.
- 02See tier pricing. Approved accounts see live per-unit pricing at twelve, thirty, and fifty units on every piece.
- 03Place an order. Online, by email, or in the Doraville showroom. Opening order $150.
- 04Ship within the week. Pick, pack, and ship from Atlanta in three to five business days.
- 05Re-order on cadence. Weekly restock notes to subscribed buyers. Standing orders on request.

Opening orders & shipping
- Opening order $150, applied across mixed SKUs.
- Shipped from Doraville via UPS, USPS, or freight as appropriate.
- Three to five business day pick-and-pack on most orders.

Returns & defects
Every order is inspected before it ships. Defective units are replaced or credited within fourteen days of receipt. Final-sale pieces are noted on the product page.
